Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by PardonPro ("we", "us", or "our") to you, the client ("you" or "Client"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Submit required documents in a timely manner
Cooperate fully throughout the application process
Failure to do so may result in delays, denial of your application, or termination of services without refund.
2. Authorization and Representation
By signing our authorization forms, you:
Appoint PardonPro as your authorized representative
Permit us to communicate with government agencies on your behalf
Acknowledge that we act based on the information you provide
3. Services and Processing Times
We assist with:
Record Suspensions (Pardons)
U.S. Entry Waivers
Criminal Rehabilitation Applications
Processing times are estimates only and depend on third-party government agencies. Delays are outside our control.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees are outlined in your service agreement or retainer
Payments must be made as agreed
Files may become inactive if payments are not received
Dormancy Policy:
No communication or payment for 60 days → file may be closed
After 4 months inactivity → $350 reactivation fee
After 6 months → services may be terminated
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of initial payment
Approved refunds are subject to a $350 administrative fee
No refunds after 3 business days
6. Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply, including:
Late payment fee: $250
Missed fingerprint appointment: $95
New charges during application: additional service fees
7. File Management
Files inactive for extended periods may be securely destroyed
You are responsible for providing requested documentation
Reopening closed files may require additional fees
8. Limitation of Liability
PardonPro:
Does not guarantee approval of any application
Is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies
Is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
9. No Legal Advice
PardonPro provides application assistance services only and does not act as a law firm unless explicitly stated. Information provided should not be considered legal advice.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Edmonton, Alberta, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
